5 Rules to Spotting a Job Scam!
1.) Never pay to work
2.) If it sounds to good to be true-it is!
 3.) Know the source-check them out with the Better Business Bureau
4.) Don't "buy" supplies to work (unless you fully know the company - then ask for references from other people that work for them.)
5.) Never give your S.S. #, Bank Account, or any other personal info to get paid in advance or for supplies!

How to Negotiate Flex-Time
Whether you're seeking a reduced schedule; job sharing; or ability to work from home the rules are all the same: 1.) Check with your HR dept., they may even have policy developed. 2.) Evaluate your needs-what do you want? Think fairly about yourself and your company. 3.) Write out your request and highlight your accomplishments & the benefits to your employer by approving this situation. 4.) Offer a test run when pitching it. 5.) Once approved, make sure you're not outta sight outta mind. Work just as hard and stay in contact with your manager. Your performance matters!
